The VARO food processing equipment is an innovative solution for vacuum cooking and cooling of heat sensitive products, such as fruit preparations, jam, baby food etc. The horizontal processing tank (HPT) cooks, mixes and cools your product in one efficient and gentle batch process. This process helps maintain the natural structure, flavor and color of the product.
The processing vessel uses both heating jackets and a steam heated coil agitator to cook and mix your products. This generates an even and efficient distribution of heat, which significantly shortens the cooking process and ensures gentle heating of the product.
The coil agitator gently mixes your product preserving the product structure. The coil itself functions as a heating/cooling device and has PEEK scrapers attached to the prevent product burn-ons.
The cooling process is as efficient as the cooking process using both jackets and coil. When the product is cooled down, it is easily unloaded by pressurizing the tank.
